Winter White: What I Want to Wear in January
Something about January makes me want to wear white, palest green and petal pink. And glimmering metallics. The magic of winter? I think it’s to ward off the pending several months of grey gloom…
Here’s what I’d like to wear this winter:
classic, clean wear-with-everything winter white pants. Watch out for dirty kid hands!
My office is often cold but the conference rooms are warm, so layering pieces like this are wonderful. Plus, it's so luxurious and unexpected. As an "apple" body type, I like how this allows the natural waist line to show. {I made this photo black & white because the shirt underneath was bright green. Now I'm a fan of bright green, but it was too distracting for this post!}
Gorgeous blouse! I love how daringly low that slash is.
Any all-white outfit needs a little pop! I don't usually wear flats, but I love these.
And of course, a matte-gold shoulder bag for a little gleam to brighten up a grey winter day!
